My vote would be with bad sex, bad sex has the stories associated with it that you can use to get free beer; bad sex can be good sex, depending on your definition of bad as well - just remember there is a kink out there for everyone. Of course, if the no sex is something like winning lotto, then sure, that would most likely beat bad sex. And perhaps an orgasmically good chocolate cake, that would probably beat bad sex as well. I think I will have to conduct some experiments involving chocolate cake, bad sex and good sex to find out with perhaps some control experiments with cheese cake and perhaps a lamb roast. Maybe I shouldn't answer these so close to dinner time.

You know, I'm not sure I've had BAD sex. I've had awkward sex, I've had sex that didn't go exactly where I wanted it to, but I was naked and havin' fun with the man I love (so far, only been with the one person. Yes, I know, you can all commence with the funny looks now.) So, er...I'll go with 'sex please'. ^.^
